Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hirefitly (the "Service"), operated by Hirefitly Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

We provide AI-powered tools for tailoring resumes, drafting cover letters, preparing for interviews, and tracking job applications. Outputs are generated by AI; we make no guarantee that any specific resume will result in interviews or offers.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person per account — no sharing logins.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (spam, fraud, scraping).

• Plans are billed weekly. Prices are listed at /pricing.
• We accept card (Stripe) and crypto (NowPayments).
• Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain — no refunds.
• Card payments may be refunded within 7 days at our discretion if the Service was unusable due to our fault.
• Service interruptions of 24+ hours are credited as additional active days at no charge.

You won't use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent or deceptive credentials (fake degrees, fabricated employers, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
• Submit job descriptions or resume content that infringes someone else's copyright or contains confidential information you don't have permission to share.

You own everything you put into the Service (resumes, profiles, job descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don't train AI models on your content.

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unsupported claims. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before using it. Don't ship a fabrication you couldn't defend in a real interview.

You can cancel anytime — your plan simply doesn't renew. We can terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for abuse / fraud).

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where prohibited by your local law.

We'll email all active users at least 30 days before any material change. The current terms always live at this URL.
